Kishore Kumar sang some great songs for Vinod Khanna that became quite memorable. This particular song was not supposed to be a great memorable song. It was purely a light hearted fun song. This song may have become forgotten, but if one gets to listen to this song again, I am sure one will feel the same mirth that this song elicited during its time three decades ago. And if you ask me, I consider this song as one of the most memorable comedy song sung by Kishore Kumar. The picturisation is equally brilliant.

This song has been forgotten, but this is one song that deserves to be revived and brought to the notice of the present day fans of Bollywood movie songs. What wonderful shudd Hindi lyrics ! And funnily enough, that was exactly the kind of Hindi that was ( and still is) taught in hindi classes in India. And believe it or not, I understand every word in this song, even words like bhramar, sanchit etc.
