Chitragupta was a music director who was always on the fringes of mainstream movies. Most of the time he would give music for C grade movies viz mythological movies, stunt movies etc, and such movies alongwith their music failed to make much impression with mainstream Bollywood audience.

The movie ” Miss Mary” is a valuable gem that has been forgotten with the passage of time. I cannot believe that this movie is now 51 years old ! It means that almost everyone associated with this movie is no longer with us.

“Aar Paar” was one movie that launched O P Nayyar as a music director and he ruled the roost as a music director for the next few years, during which he introduced new kind of music than what was being composed till then.

This is supposed to be a comedy song sung by a lesser actor in the movie, and comedy is sought to be introduced by singing a semi classical song.
